At Hashim Marble Art, we specialize in handcrafted and customizable marble products including Marble Inlay Wall Panels, Marble Table Tops, Marble Mandirs, Marble Temples, Marble Carving Works, and other marble art services. Every product is carefully manufactured according to customer-approved designs, measurements, and material specifications.
Customer satisfaction and trust are our highest priorities. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Return & Refund
We accept return and refund requests only under the following conditions:
- The delivered product is significantly different from the approved blueprint, drawing, or finalized design.
- Different marble material or stone type has been used from what was promised or confirmed.
- Different inlay material or other material has been used than agreed upon.
- The product contains major manufacturing defects or workmanship defects.
- Wrong product has been delivered.
- Product dimensions or size are substantially different from the approved measurements.
If any of the above conditions apply, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence including photographs, videos, and order details.
2. Important Considerations Before Requesting Return
As we deal in natural marble and handcrafted stone products, the following points are important:
- Natural marble contains unique grains, textures, veins, shades, and patterns.
- Slight variation in color, texture, or natural stone appearance from reference images is normal and is not considered a defect.
- Handcrafted marble inlay and carving work may have minor artistic variations due to manual craftsmanship.
- Lighting differences in photography may also slightly affect product appearance.
Therefore:
- Natural variation in marble is not considered “different material.”
- Return requests based solely on natural stone variation, texture difference, or minor color tone variation will not be accepted.
- Returns are accepted only if completely different material, wrong design, wrong product, or major manufacturing issue is found.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect:
If customer approves types of Marble and approves marble and initiate customisation, then product is non refundable, refunds allows only if different material, design or size found.
- Customized marble products
- Made-to-order marble temples or mandirs
- Personalized marble table tops
- Custom marble inlay flooring panels
- Special-size marble carvings
- Installed products after successful installation approval
4. Return Process

- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for safe packaging and secure return transportation.
- We recommend insured shipping for high-value marble products.
Hashim Marble Art is not responsible for damage caused during return transit due to improper packaging or logistics handling.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or mutually agreed method.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banking and payment providers.
- Partial refunds may apply in certain cases where only a portion of the order is affected.
7. Damaged Shipment During Transit
If the product arrives damaged due to shipping or logistics handling:
- Customers must report the issue immediately upon delivery.
- Unboxing video and photographs are strongly recommended for claim verification.
- Claims submitted after delayed reporting may not be accepted.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before production starts.
- Customized or made-to-order products may not be cancellable once production has begun.
- Any applicable raw material, labor, or design charges may be deducted.

10. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

By placing an order with Hashim Marble Art, the customer agrees that:
- All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual communication.
- If resolution is not achieved, the matter shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
- Exclusive judicial jurisdiction shall remain with the competent courts of Makrana, Rajasthan.
- Customers agree not to initiate legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction except Makrana, Rajasthan.
